Daniel Payne of Murphy & McGonigle’s FinTech & Blockchain Practice is a featured speaker in a Practising Law Institute One-Hour Briefing entitled, “Trends in Blockchain Litigation.”

Mr. Payne was instrumental in the recent publishing the Murphy & McGonigle Blockchain Litigation Year-in-Review Report, which identifies the Southern District of New York as the most active venue for blockchain litigation in the United States. The Report, release for the second consecutive year, also provides four other key trends of which those in the emerging sector need to be aware.
