Murphy & McGonigle Gives Back
Since its inception, Murphy & McGonigle has made it a priority to give back to the community through partnerships with area non-profit organizations. We are as passionate about being good partners in our community as we are about our work, encouraging our employees and providing opportunities for them to give back too.
The Richmond office partnered with the Crossover Healthcare Ministry in their back-to-school drive.
The lawyers and staff in Murphy & McGonigle's Richmond office are helping to take the sting out of returning to school for local youth in Richmond.
Each year Murphy & McGonigle collects school supplies to give to local charities in our communities so that more children have the materials they need to start the school year off right.
Over the past year more than 83,000 NYC school kids experienced homelessness at some point. Many of these children lack even the most basic school supplies and will start the school year feeling unprepared as well as terrified of being teased as a “shelter kid.” This program makes sure that these kids get a new backpack filled with the school supplies needed for their grade level just like everyone else on the first day of school.
