The ideal candidate must possess a high degree of attention to detail and the ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential. Solid technical skills (including superior proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products) are required, along with the capacity to track multiple deadlines and maintain databases.
