Margaret Haggerty is an associate in the Washington, DC office. Ms. Haggerty’s practice focuses on providing regulatory guidance to investment advisers, broker-dealers and exchanges, as well as representing individuals, and Securities and Exchange Commission and SRO registered entities in regulatory inquiries and investigations. She is also a member of Murphy & McGonigle’s Securities Litigation and FinTech and Blockchain Practices.
While in law school, Ms. Haggerty held positions at FINRA, the Federal Reserve, and the SEC.
Prior to law school, Ms. Haggerty spent four years working in equity research at a large institutional wealth management firm.
