Jennifer Riley serves clients with derivatives and banking regulatory compliance needs. She advises on the identification and translation of laws, regulations, guidances, and consent orders into effective policies, procedures, programs, and control enhancements. Ms. Riley has experience with Title VII Dodd-Frank compliance, securities regulation and supervision, third party risk management, federal consumer protection requirements, privacy, BSA-AML, OFAC sanctions, export controls, anti-boycott, and corporate ethics issues.
Ms. Riley is an active member of the New York City Bar Association as an Animal Law committee member and a City Bar Justice Center Neighborhood Entrepreneur Law Project volunteer. As part of her pro bono practice, she advises small business clients on trademark, copyright, patent applications, business structure, employment and independent contractor agreements, content licensing agreements, professional license requirements, submission agreements, sweepstakes matters, and tax issues. Ms. Riley is also a member of Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts.
