Patricia Wallace leads Murphy & McGonigle’s Strategic Discovery and Information Management (“StraDIM”) Group.  Her practice focuses on e-discovery and commercial litigation, and she provides clients guidance on electronic discovery issues.  She has defended clients in SEC and FTC enforcement proceedings, represented court-appointed receivers, and served as appellate counsel in federal and state courts.  Her litigation experience includes representing companies and individuals in civil fraud and securities fraud disputes, actions brought under the uniform fraudulent transfer act, and federal and state civil RICO cases.
